FTS Inc., in partnership with a Fortune 100 top-ranked U.S. workplace, is seeking an IT Portfolio Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about keeping IT projects on track and driving business impact. This role plays a key part in ensuring visibility, alignment, and successful execution of IT initiatives. As the connector between teams, you will support intake, prioritization, reporting, and delivery to ensure projects achieve measurable results.

Schedule:

  • Hybrid: On-site Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and track the IT project portfolio, monitoring performance, capacity, and progress toward strategic objectives.
  • Support project intake and prioritization to ensure the most critical work is executed efficiently.
  • Partner with Finance to manage project capitalization and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Management on contracts, renewals, and vendor onboarding.
  • Coordinate with PMO, Infrastructure, and Business Solutions teams to maintain alignment across all initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting IT projects, programs, or portfolios (IT PMO experience required).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to address challenges.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in vendor and contract management.
