Position Overview

Inside Sales Support

The Inside Sales Support role is responsible for assisting the Outside Sales team in executing all daily sales activities that drive account engagement, order consistency, and revenue growth. This role ensures smooth communication between sales, operations, and customers while maintaining accurate records, supporting order processing, and managing key administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Communication

  • Support Outside Sales Representatives with account outreach, follow-up, and relationship management.
  • Coordinate communication between sales reps, retailers, and internal departments toensure seamless execution of orders and promotions.
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries and email responses from accounts and leads.
  • Maintain CRM updates, notes, and task tracking to ensure all activity is logged accurately.Routing & Scheduling
  • Assist sales reps with routing using tools such as Badger Maps or similar software.
  • Ensure routes are optimized for efficiency based on territory, account tier, and visitfrequency goals.
  • Support the scheduling of meetings, demos, and store visits on behalf of the field team.Order Processing & Management
  • Review and confirm orders in Nabis, ensuring all details match sales sheets, promotions,and account terms.
  • Flag discrepancies or special pricing requests for management approval.
  • Support the sales team in placing orders for accounts, verifying delivery timelines, andmonitoring fulfillment status.
  • Communicate with accounts regarding order confirmations, backorders, or deliveryupdates.Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain updated sales sheets, product menus, deal calendars, and promotionalmaterials.
  • Track and organize product sample requests and deliveries.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, order summaries, and account activity recaps formanagement.
  • Support onboarding of new accounts by ensuring accurate setup in CRM and Nabis.

  • Assist in tracking sales team KPIs and completion of assigned sales tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role (CPG or cannabis experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), routing software (Badger Maps),and order platforms (Nabis).
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with multiple team members.Success Metrics
  • Accurate and timely processing of all orders and account communications.
  • Consistent completion of routing and scheduling tasks to support outside sales efficiency.
  • Minimal order discrepancies or missed follow-ups.
  • Improved sales team responsiveness and account satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour
