Position Overview:

We are looking to bring on a motivated entry level Brand Enrollment Specialist to join our expanding sales team. The entry level Brand Enrollment Specialist will work directly with residential customers to enroll them in high-speed wireless and internet service plans while representing one of the most recognized names in telecommunications. This entry level Brand Enrollment Specialist position focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences, strengthening brand presence, and helping drive consistent sales growth across the San Jose market.

Brand Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person consultations with customers to enroll them in wireless and internet service plans that best meet their needs
  • Build rapport and trust by clearly explaining product features, pricing, and plan options
  • Execute sales campaigns and outreach efforts within assigned residential territories
  • Track enrollment progress and maintain accurate customer records to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Work closely with entry level Brand Enrollment Specialist team members and sales managers to achieve and exceed weekly sales goals
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve outreach, customer engagement, and enrollment success
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact through final enrollment to encourage repeat business and referrals

Brand Enrollment Specialist Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
  • Comfortable working in team-oriented environments that value collaboration and enthusiasm
