As an Education Program Coordinator at Soar Kidz, you will play a crucial role in managing our dynamic and fast-paced educational programs. Your dedication will help us maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality education to students worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling
  : Manage class schedules, student registration, and scheduling for students on our platform.
• Student and Teacher Management:
   Oversee teacher and student level tests, maintain records, and ensure effective follow-up.
• Hiring:
  Determine the need for hiring teachers, manage hiring schedules, and assist in the interview process.
• Recruitment and Marketing:
   Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to meet deadlines for recruiting new students.
• Part-Time Staff:
  Supervise part-time staff and ensure they are effectively handling tasks like monitoring schedules and managing parent consultation records.
• Monitoring:
  Check and ensure part-time staff's monitoring of attendance, refunds, and absences is accurate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Previous experience in education program coordination or a related role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, leveraging high social awareness and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to adjust to a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of educational standards and practices.
• Commitment to promoting high-quality education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Degree
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro and After Effects
• Bilingual in Chinese or Korean (Work Proficiency level) and English
• Edit short-form video projects for social media channels
