Radlink provides non-invasive surgical guidance for joint replacement, hip preservation, trauma, spine, and sports medicine procedures to improve surgical accuracy, precision, and efficiency.

Role Description:

Radlink is seeking a technically prolific, hard-working Orthopedic Technical Sales Support Specialist to support our Technical Sales team. This role will be centered around providing in-person, on-site clinical case support by operating Radlink equipment during orthopedic surgical procedures alongside surgeons and hospital staff. The role will also include providing live surgical demonstrations, training, installations, and field support to customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to hospitals working with Surgeons in the operating room
  • Provide field support for products and services for the company's End Users
  • Perform product trials, in coordination with hospitals
  • Perform installation of equipment and training for End Users and Distributors

Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Hands-on support and service experience in health-care or medical device industry in support of end users
  • Excellent Trouble Shooting and telephone skills
  • Knowledgeable in computer and network administration
  • Technical competence in using and trouble-shooting medical devices
  • Familiarity with medical imaging, DICOM and PACS
  • Excellent communications and writing skills
  • Willing to Travel
  • Radiologic Tech or Experience with Imaging and Technique (Mobile X-ray and C-arm)
  • 1-3 years of medical experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
  • Completion of Radiologic Technician Program or Medical Imaging Program
