with a strong regional presence and a long history of excellence across the Southeast.

Position Overview:

Due to continued growth in the Nashville market, my client is seeking a
Lead or Senior Project Manager
to oversee one large or multiple mid-sized
commercial construction projects
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading complex builds across diverse markets such as Higher Education, Healthcare, Multifamily, and Municipal Developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure collaborative project success.
  • Drive proactive planning and risk management in alignment with the company's process-focused delivery model.
  • Champion safety and quality initiatives across all stages of construction.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while contributing to continuous improvement within project operations.
  • Support bid preparation, cost control, and project presentations as required.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years
    of project management experience within commercial construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience across multiple commercial sectors preferred.
