Compensation Structure: $60,000 plus commission with no maximum limit on incentive earnings. At 100% variable compensation the annual income is $95,000

Overview: The Outbound Sales Officer is responsible for contacting potential and existing members to promote Municipal Credit Union's membership, products and services. This role is focused on driving new member acquisition, increasing products and services penetration, and ensuring a positive member experience. This outbound sales position is part of a team to meet and exceed production targets and support organizational goals through outbound communication efforts.
Responsibilities:
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Confidently articulate the features and benefits of membership, products, and services offered from MCU.
- Understand the needs of members and offer the appropriate products to meet those needs, including identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Commit to member satisfaction and service excellence while maintaining a professional friendly approach
- Address member concerns, by resolving or following up on concerns to ensure a seamless member experience
- Share member feedback with management to improve products and services
- Achieve individual and team production/performance goals
- Maintain accurate member records and notes
- Actively participate in team meetings, training, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and MCU's policies
- Ensure compliance with privacy, data protection and financial regulations
- Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
