Sales Manager – Restoration Services (Bilingual English/Spanish, Water, Mold & Fire Experience)

Location: South Florida

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Base salary + high commissions

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our client network in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate must have proven experience generating leads and building relationships in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance adjusters, and other referral partners.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in residential and commercial restoration.
  • Lead sales initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Prepare and present service proposals to clients and insurance representatives.
  • Collaborate with the project and mitigation teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally in networking events and community outreach.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in restoration, construction, or related services.
  • Strong knowledge of water, mold, and fire mitigation processes.
  • Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
