Job Title: Planner Scheduler
Job Description
The Project Scheduler will assist the Master Scheduler in developing and implementing schedules to support company projects. This role involves performing program planning and scheduling tasks for the organization and supporting a diverse group of managers, engineers, and functional personnel in the development of program plans and schedules. Responsibilities
- Facilitate project planning by prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines, and managing deliverables.
- Analyze schedule information with project teams and stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Generate program plans and schedules from the earliest stages of program development through execution.
- Prepare and coordinate plans and schedules for new and/or existing projects.
- Analyze the effects of projects on engineering, facilities, and construction, and determine efficient methods to resolve conflicts.
- Develop solutions to complex problems and support the development and deployment of new techniques and tools.
Essential Skills
- Solid skills in analysis and reasoning.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience with Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in Primavera P6.
- Experience creating schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methodology.
- Ability to run project schedule update meetings live with a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Degreed individual preferred, but applicable experience with financial, project management disciplines, and practices will be considered.
- Computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be a self-starter and able to effectively perform independently.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple activities.
Work Environment
Preference is for the individual to work from the Durham office, with flexibility for remote or hybrid arrangements as needed. Relocation to the Durham area may be considered for the right candidate. The opportunity is available as a contract, project-based role, or a full-time permanent position if interested.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $ /yr.
The preferred work location is the Durham office, though flexibility allows for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Relocation assistance may be considered for individuals interested in moving to the Durham area.

This is a hybrid position in Durham,NC.
