Marketing Coordinator – Center for Spiritual Living Colorado Springs

CSLCS is seeking a creative, heart-centered Marketing Coordinator to help grow our community and share our message. This role supports campaign planning, content creation, lead nurturing, donor stewardship, and works closely with our digital marketing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and support marketing campaigns
  • Create content (videos, reels, blogs, event highlights)
  • Build welcome emails and follow-up sequences
  • Support community partnerships and storytelling
  • Assist internal communications and Marketing Ministry
  • Manage donor engagement activities, including mail appeals, email campaigns, and vendor coordination (quotes, invoicing, timelines)
  • Participate in donor stewardship efforts, such as thank-you outreach and campaign follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years in marketing, communications, or related roles; experience in content creation, social media, email campaigns, or community engagement preferred.
  • Skills & Tools: Strong writing, storytelling, and multimedia skills; experience creating graphics, videos, and social media content. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools, as well as email marketing platforms and basic analytics.
  • Campaign & Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and track campaigns, manage schedules, coordinate vendors, and follow up on marketing initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; training in marketing, communications, or nonprofit work is a plus.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 22.0 per week
