Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

Required Work Days: Tuesday & Wednesday

Duties:

  • Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all client needs are met
  • Schedule appointments and manage the salon calendar effectively
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information to clients regarding services, availability, and pricing
  • Assist in maintaining the salon's clean and organized appearance
  • Process payments and handle transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients
  • Stay informed about salon services and promotions to effectively communicate them to clients
  • Resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations gracefully
  • Proficient with computer systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
