Position: FULL TIME DOOR SETTER

A regional residential energy group is expanding and seeking dependable communicators to help introduce local homeowners to affordable clean-energy programs. This position focuses on arranging informational consultations for residents interested in lowering utility costs. No previous sales background is required.

Work Schedule & Training

  • Field outreach typically begins weekday afternoons around 5 PM
  • Online training via Google Meet: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 2 PM
  • In-person coaching: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays in the Frisco, TX area

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned neighborhoods to speak with homeowners
  • Provide basic information on clean-energy solutions
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments for energy evaluations
  • Follow communication and reporting expectations

Candidate Profile

  • Reliable personal transportation required
  • Smartphone needed for scheduling and routing
  • Comfortable conversing with homeowners in person
  • Dependable, punctual, and receptive to feedback
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful but not required

Compensation & Work Environment
