Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Project Manager located in Atlanta, GA. The Project Manager will oversee the completion of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, conducting site visits, handling permits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.

  • Project management, scheduling, and budgeting skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in construction, site supervision, and quality control
  • Knowledge of permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in sustainable building practices and techniques is a plus
