About the Role

Maggnumite is seeking a 
Project Manager
 to lead planning and delivery of 
Microsoft Dynamics 365
 projects. You'll manage scope, schedules, and communication across internal and client teams—ensuring each project is executed with precision, transparency, and measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, values process and enjoys turning complex challenges into successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full project lifecycles for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, from kickoff through post go-live support.
  • Coordinate consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Track progress, manage scope, and escalate issues before they impact timelines.
  • Facilitate team meetings, client updates, and executive reviews to maintain visibility.
  • Document workflows, requirements, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to refining Maggnumite's project management framework, methodology and internal delivery standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing 
    software or technology projects
     in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to organize complex initiatives, balance competing priorities, and drive accountability.
  • Skilled communicator with strong documentation and stakeholder management habits.
  • Proficient with 
    Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Excel, Word)
     for collaboration and reporting.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
