Job Overview

Seeking a highly organized and proactive office assistant to support staff in building online auction catalogs, advertising, promotions and successful completion of auctions. To manage, track, bill and troubleshoot nationwide shipments of valuable and controled assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, communication abilities, and proficiency with digital tools and programs. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and multitasking are essential for success.

Duties

  • Operate as friendly and copetent first point of contact for customers . Ability to patiently assist customers with online registrations, general and specific questions in regards to assets offered via online auction.
  • Handle correspondence via phone, & email with professional etiquette.
  • Efficeintly transcribe verbal descriptions into cataloging software with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Efficiently manage shipping operations of controled assets within our online shipping software.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks and perform basic bookkeeping duties

Requirements

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with office management responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in an occasionally chaotic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software tools quickly
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Prior experience in customer service or office experience is preferred
