Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Support Specialist, based in Birmingham, AL. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, assisting individuals with troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations of relevant processes. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to identify solutions and effectively communicating with team members and clients to resolve challenges and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address system and user issues effectively
  • Excellent Customer Support and Communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders professionally
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate problems and develop practical solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing needs
  • Prior experience in a similar support or technical role is an advantage
  • Knowledge of or experience working within nonprofit organizations is beneficial
