As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Insurance Producer who wants more than just a sales role. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career, grow a meaningful book of business, and be supported by a leadership team invested in your success.

What You'll Do

  • Generate, market, and close new business using provided lead programs and agency resources
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through consultative, needs-based selling
  • Present and explain coverage options clearly and professionally
  • Leverage a broad portfolio of insurance solutions to deliver customized coverage
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and support staff in a transparent, team-driven environment
  • Take ownership of your pipeline while receiving mentorship and strategic guidance

Who You Are

  • Driven, accountable, and motivated to succeed

  • Detail-oriented and professional in client and carrier interactions
  • P&C Licensed (or willing to obtain licensing)
