Overview

We are seeking Property Manager for HOA on-site with the CAM License, a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential. Acting as the primary liaison between homeowners, vendors, and the HOA Board, the manager ensures the community runs smoothly, complies with governing documents, and maintains a high standard of living for residents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property management principles, landlord-tenant law, and fair housing regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring homeowners satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and profitability of the properties.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including Fair Housing laws
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflicts with professionalism and efficiency
  • Prepare and manage budgets for property operations
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs through effective facilities management
  • Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for data entry and record keeping
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize operational efficiency
  • Implement sales strategies to enhance occupancy rates and improve tenant retention
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and property-related documents

Skills

  • Enforce community rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Manage maintenance and repair of common areas and amenities.
  • Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Prepare reports and assist with budget planning and financial oversight.
  • Attend Board meetings and provide recommendations on community operations.
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with property inspections and compliance enforcement.
  • Oversee HOA communications, newsletters, and notices.
  • Proficient in property management software such as Enumerate or OneSite
  • Experience in legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law
  • Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Background in real estate administrative roles is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills for contract discussions with vendors and homeowners.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining organized filing systems
  • Prior experience in HOA or property management preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with the board of directors meetings
  • Familiarity with HOA governing documents, budgets, and community regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a positive community environment.
