As our
Director of Business Development
, you'll play a key role in expanding referral relationships and driving growth through strategic partnerships. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll identify opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance clinical outcomes and community impact. This role supports our growing presence in Colorado.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with practice leaders, physicians, office staff, and stakeholders.
- Build and lead all market-level business development efforts with key referral sources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities utilizing reports and feedback from internal and external sources, and regularly assess the marketplace to identify growth opportunities within the provider community.
- Execute tactical marketing initiatives in the community including direct referral campaigns, digital and in-person outreach to key community stakeholders, as well as represent Sol Mental Health at relevant trade shows and conferences.
- Lead meetings and outbound outreach efforts to doctors' offices, hospitals, outpatient clinics, etc.
- Recommend improvements to current Company marketing and messaging strategy based upon data driven results.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity in Company's marketing efforts.
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of Market President and departmental heads.
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and options to Market President regarding high impact business development priorities and market dynamics.
- As the face of Sol Mental Health in the community, you will embody our Company values and live our mission daily.
- Required to drive individual productivity, while also managing a team and driving towards regional growth metrics.
Skills and Experience Required
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of healthcare experience, preferably field-based, calling on physician practices across various specialties. Experience selling in the mental health field a plus.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building referral networks and improving business outcomes.
- CRM Expertise: 3+ years of experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Account Management: Strong skills in account management and stakeholder engagement.
- Creative Problem-Solving: A nimble, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship development and innovative marketing strategies.
- Clinical Communication: Comfort in delivering clinical messaging and outcomes to diverse audiences.
- Networking & Leadership: Exceptional networking abilities and a passion for community engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Experience leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
Compensation: $90,000 salary plus bonus plan.
