About the Role:

Cloninger Ford/Toyota is growing, and we're looking for motivated eCommerce Associates to join our dynamic team As the first point of contact for all internet and phone leads, you will guide customers through the entire car buying journey—from first inquiry to final sale. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming online and phone inquiries from prospective customers.

  • Use our CRM system to track, manage, and follow up with all leads.

  • Set appointments and drive traffic to the showroom.

  • Work with customers through every step of the sales process—from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales and appointment goals.

  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and management to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, call centers, or customer service preferred—but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working with technology, CRMs, and internet-based communication.

  • Goal-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
