Job Title: Solutions Value Architect

Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site in Elmhurst, IL

Role Overview:

The Solution Value Architect (SVA) is a client-facing, value-driven role responsible for demonstrating the power of GoExceed's Solve(X) platform, translating data into business impact, and helping close opportunities through analysis, insight, and execution.

Sitting at the intersection of technical enablement, data analytics, and strategic sales, the SVA leads the proof-of-value process — from running carrier and MDM data analyses to crafting savings presentations and proposals that clearly communicate Solve(X)'s measurable ROI.

This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional who can combine analytical thinking with executive communication and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS + Managed Services environment.

Responsibilities:

Solution Demonstration & Analysis

· Conduct Solve(X) demos for end-user clients, showcasing automation, optimization insights, and lifecycle workflows.

· Quantify measurable value — including cost reductions, process automation, and accuracy improvements — and translate findings into clear financial outcomes.

· Support the sales team with live data reviews, benchmark comparisons, and strategic savings recommendations.

Proposal Development & Value Communication

· Present Savings Reports, Proposals, and Executive Summaries that align with client goals.

· Collaborate with the Operational Sales Rep to finalize SOWs and ensure proposals are accurate and compelling.

· Participate in Clarity Calls with clients to review deliverables, answer technical or process questions, and drive deal closure.

· Reinforce Solve(X)'s value proposition through ROI storytelling and tangible business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner with Inside Sales, Channel Ambassadors, and Marketing to ensure a seamless handoff from demo to signed deal.

· Provide feedback to product and DevOps teams regarding client use cases and feature enhancement opportunities.

· Support partner training and enablement when needed to help agents position Solve(X) effectively.

Client & Market Engagement

· Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process — bridging business requirements with technical validation.

· Engage with client stakeholders at multiple levels (procurement, IT, and finance) to ensure alignment and clarity.

· Maintain an expert-level understanding of Solve(X), GoExceed's managed services, and carrier relationships.

Key Outcomes

· Execute high-impact Solve(X) demos that convert to proof-of-value analyses.

· Deliver precise and visually clear savings analyses and proposals.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to close deals efficiently and accurately.

· Provide continuous value insight that strengthens GoExceed's client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or value analysis, ideally in telecom, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret carrier data, MDM outputs, and billing reports.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling ability — able to simplify complex data into executive-level insights.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams through value-driven selling.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and/or carrier data systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills; comfortable leading virtual and in-person demos.
  • Based in Elmhurst, IL and onsite when not traveling.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of carrier ecosystems (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) and mobility cost structures.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow, Intune, or MDM platforms.
  • Familiarity with ROI-driven SaaS solution sales.
