Analyze and report financial data, keeping a keen eye on sales activity. Champion the technical quoting process for emerging business prospects. Collaborate closely with engineering on product innovation. Nurture and cultivate key client relationships across global markets. Scout for and engage in exciting new business opportunities. Represent us at trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring our brand shines brightly. Track and counter competitor movements and market tendencies. Recruit and mentor the sales team. This role requires your in‑office presence. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the gear sector. Proven success in business development and technical sales proposals. Exceptional communication and negotiation prowess. Mastery in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to embark on domestic and international travel adventures. An entrepreneurial mindset and a keen sense of urgency.
