Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Team Member to join our team and help wireless clients grow their business. As a Sales Team Member, you will work in-person to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support client growth. This role allows the Sales Team Member to interact directly with customers, educate them on wireless products, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Every Sales Team Member plays a critical role in building strong client relationships and promoting client growth in the wireless industry.

Duties of the Sales Team Member:

  • Work in-person as a Sales Team Member to deliver top-notch customer service to wireless clients.
  • Conduct in-person sales activities as a Sales Team Member, promoting wireless products and services.
  • Support client growth by identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer service interactions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued client growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service, sales, and client growth strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals as a Sales Team Member.

Qualifications of the Sales Team Member:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in wireless.
  • Ability to work in-person with a professional attitude.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, focused on client growth.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills as a Sales Team Member.
