As a skilled AT&T Sales Representative, you will receive specialized training to support our campaign. You will be tasked with engaging residents, expertly presenting and demonstrating our products and services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the entire sales process. The AT&T Sales Representative role is designed for a driven individual who thrives on direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Representative

  • Execute direct outreach across assigned territories to promote AT&T fiber, wireless, and entertainment services.
  • Assess client needs and recommend AT&T plans that align with usage patterns, household size, and connectivity goals.
  • Present service features, pricing, and bundling options using clear, campaign-aligned messaging to support confident enrollment.
  • Guide clients through the activation process, ensuring all enrollment data is accurate and submitted in line with AT&T protocols.
  • Log service activity, client interactions, and enrollment outcomes using mobile tools and CRM platforms.
  • Participate in daily team briefings to sharpen product knowledge, refine outreach tactics, and align on performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications for an AT&T Sales Representative

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain AT&T service plans clearly and build trust across residential zones.
  • Professional, persistent, and positive—focused on results, not scripts.
  • Self-driven with a strong work ethic and the discipline to operate independently in a territory-based role.
  • Licensed and mobile, equipped for daily outreach across assigned neighborhoods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $1,250.00 per week
