Position Summary
The Capacity Analyst is responsible for providing technical and business expertise to the clinical areas on how best to set up their provider schedules to maximize efficiency, productivity and revenue. The incumbent will also consult and advise on technical components of the provider schedules and templates. This position supports the organization's Access strategy. The Capacity Analyst serves as a liaison between the clinical departments, Epic, MHSimplify, and the MMA leadership to communicate user needs and facilitate system modification to improve or enhance patient access.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of Epic/Cadence experience required
- Minimum five (5) years in a clinic practice management setting

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $71, $103,168.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
