AM KITCHEN PREP COOK: THE BASICS

Pay: This position pays $20 per hour.

Schedule: You'll work a steady schedule of 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and you must be available to work on Sundays.

YOUR DAY AS AN AM KITCHEN PREP COOK

In this role, you will spend your mornings preparing food by following recipes and instructions from the chefs. You will help keep the kitchen clean and organized while making sure food is handled safely and correctly. Your work will also include supporting the team with prep for events, banquets, and daily service. Throughout the day, you will work closely with your teammates, communicating and cooperating to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AM KITCHEN PREP COOK

  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
