Position Overview

La Wagyeria, a restaurant specializing in American Wagyu Beef, is seeking a Part-Time Cook to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, punctual individual with basic cooking experience who can work efficiently in a clean, organized environment.

The ideal candidate has previous kitchen experience (prep or line cook), can work well under pressure, and maintains high standards for quality and food safety.

Responsibilities

  • Operate basic kitchen stations: grill, fryer, and salad station.
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and proper presentation of all dishes.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Assist with general food preparation tasks as needed.
  • Work efficiently during service
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience (basic level or higher).
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency.
  • Availability Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during the required hours.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
