We help clients buy, sell, and invest in everything from residential to high-end real estate, from multi-million-dollar vacation homes to investment properties across California.

This is not a regular sales job — it's an entrepreneurial PARTNERSHIP. We need someone to focus on helping us build, execute, scale, automate, duplicate and replicate systems, its a system you will learn and then teach, everything you do you will be preparing to train your replacement as you climb the latter in the company.

We're looking for a partner, someone hungry, disciplined, and ready to learn how to build something great from scratch we have already closed multiple 6 figures and will continue to pour every penny back into the business until we reach our goal and won't stop until we do, we will only accept like minded individuals so you will only be surrounded by the best of the best.

What You'll Do

  • Follow a system and execute it to perfection every day.
  • Call, text, and follow up with real estate leads daily (Expireds, FRBOs, etc.)
  • Set appointments for our Realtors
  • Build relationships with homeowners and investors
  • Record detailed notes in CRM (Vulcan7 or similar)
  • Send daily reports and track progress
  • Follow a structured call system and meet performance goals
  • Communicate confidently with high-net-worth clientele
  • Collaborate directly with leadership and contribute to the company vision

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: Regular calling hours (flexible schedule you only need to complete about 6 hours of work per day M-F)
  • Saturday & Sunday: Only 15-minute check-ins with high motivated leads (total ~1 hour weekend commitment split into 4 sessions 2 per day sat and sun.)
  • This is a 7-day mindset position — for those who believe success doesn't take weekends off. (If you're not familiar with Grant Cardone or aren't willing to adapt a top performer mindset don't even apply)

  • Understands automation, duplication, and replication when it comes to building systems and a team.
  • Is driven, consistent, and trustworthy — above all else
  • Shows up on time every day, without needing to be told
  • Is money-motivated and thrives on performance-based rewards
  • Is detail-oriented and follows systems with precision
  • Wants to grow into leadership — recruiting, hiring, and managing future ISA teams
  • Can handle rejection and pressure like a professional and a true BOSS
  • Understands that the first 3–6 months are about learning, consistency, and long-term payoff

Compensation

  • Base Pay: PAID PER CALL, PER LEAD GENERATED, AND PER CLOSED DEAL YOU FACILIATE. WEEKLY earnings from just calls and leads you generate averages around $16.00/hr (depending on performance & experience) once you start closing deals you'll see 50-100k per year or more.
  • Commission: Paid per call, lead generated and per closed deal you facilitate.
  • Long-term opportunity: Build toward multiple six figures through leadership growth and real estate investments within the company and exit the company with us all making multiple 7 figures, or stay with the company and become the CEO/OWNER.
