Head of Growth (Marketing + Sales) – Expert ADHD Coaching

Expert ADHD Coaching is a premium ADHD coaching company led by National Bestselling Author Shanna Pearson. Since 1999, we've delivered more than 500,000 one-on-one sessions to adults with ADHD and are trusted by physicians as the non‑medical part of ADHD treatment.

We're an established, mid–seven-figure company with spare delivery capacity, and strong proof. We're now searching for a killer Head of Growth to take ownership of the entire front end of the business: paid acquisition, funnels, booked calls, sales performance, and revenue.

This is a true ownership role, not a "marketing coordinator with a fancy title." You're data‑driven and love being measured by results, but you also care deeply about the people behind the numbers. We're a heart‑centered, mission‑driven company that truly changes lives, and we're looking for someone genuinely motivated to help people while building a scalable growth engine.

Role Overview

You will own the full growth engine from first click to long‑term client. You architect the system, live in the numbers, and jump in tactically where it moves CAC, show, and close rates.
You'll have budget, a tech/systems builder, and access to freelancers/contractors. You are not a one‑person agency, but this is a hands‑on performance role: you work directly in ad accounts, funnels, and dashboards, and you are responsible for measurable improvements in client acquisition and profitability.

Key Objectives (12‑Month Targets)

  • Increase new clients / month by 50% at same or better coach utilization
  • Improve CAC with CAC paid back in 1.5 months, stable within agreed band
  • Achieve a show rate of at least 75% across channels
  • Achieve a blended close rate of at least 45% on qualified calls
  • Implement a single, reliable dashboard from click → call → close → 3/6/12‑month retention, reviewed weekly

Your Responsibilities

  • Running and scaling paid traffic (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok) and testing new channels.
  • Building and optimizing call‑based funnels (ads → VSL/webinar → application → SMS → scheduler → show‑up → nurture).
  • Improving lead quality, show rate, and close rate with clear experiments.
  • Brand & positioning as the premium, clinical‑grade, non‑medical ADHD coaching program for high‑functioning adults.
  • Lead messaging across websites, funnels, ads, and email so that our differentiation and premium positioning is clear. We're clearly the "essential part of an ADHD treatment plan," not generic life coaching.
  • Partner with the sales team to strengthen scripts, objection handling, and follow‑up
  • Turn existing proof (book, media, reviews, case studies) into effective direct‑response assets, creatives and funnels.

You Have /Are

  • 4–7+ years in performance/growth marketing for high‑ticket B2C (ideally coaching/education/health/mental health).
  • Direct experience managing call‑based, high‑ticket funnels (not only e‑commerce or add‑to‑cart)
  • Metrics‑driven and direct‑response minded (CAC, ROAS, show, close are your native language).
  • Hands‑on experience managing paid media, landing pages, and analytics, with the ability to leverage designers, editors, and agencies where appropriate
  • A clear, structured communicator who documents processes and shares learning with the team

Compensation & Details

  • Base salary: $135,000–$145,000 depending on experience
  • Performance bonus tied to profitable new‑client growth above baseline; expected on‑target total compensation $190,000–$215,000+ for strong performance
  • Fully remote, US‑friendly hours preferred
