Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a solid understanding of construction processes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects.

Duties

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or scraping as needed.
  • Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site at all times.
  • Perform minor repairs or touch-ups as needed to maintain the quality of work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Painter in a construction setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting materials as needed.
