How You Solve That Problem
-YOU MUST BE AN ENERGETIC, HARD CHARGING, GOAL ORIENTED SALES CONSULTANT THAT IS A FIERCE COMPETITOR AND WANTS TO WIN
You MUST be disciplined to work effectively and efficiently without being micromanaged
Have an open mind to learn what it takes to be successful in manufactured home sales
You must be able to handle a highly repetitive 's sales and its the same thing every day, ALL DAY.
You don't need experience, WE WILL TRAIN YOU TO BE A PROFESSIONAL SALES CONSULTANT
You are responsible and will be dedicated to your career and the company.
You Are Good With Making 50-70 phone calls per day to find the potential manufactured home buyers out there.
What You Bring To The Position
- No criminal history or drug use. You must pass a background check and drug test.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, including those who are bilingual or Spanish only
Comfortable with Social Media and Posting Online. IF YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO SEE YOU ONLINE, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU.
A desire to improve every day and to grow with the company
This position requires a GOAL DRIVEN motivated individual who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Being bilingual would be an advantage in order to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients. Strong customer service skills, negotiation skills, and a willingness to continue to improve everyday are key to your success
