Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners.
  • Present roofing solutions and explain service options in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
  • Represent Wilson Roofing with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.

Who You Are:

  • You have experience in in-home or door-to-door sales (preferred) and love connecting with customers face-to-face.
  • You communicate clearly, earn trust quickly, and represent yourself and the company with integrity.
  • You're hungry to succeed and thrive in a performance-based role.
  • You can confidently explain roofing basics and service options.
  • You're great at managing leads, follow-ups, and your own schedule.
  • You have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
