Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing various sales activities, engaging with customers, and assisting in lead generation. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties

- Assist in managing direct sales initiatives and territory sales strategies to maximize revenue.

- Support the sales team in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities.

- Develop promotional materials that drive client opportunities and prospect businesses for potential partnerships.

- Participate in lead generation activities to expand the customer base, including B2B outreach.

- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries promptly.

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; retail sales experience is preferred.

- Strong understanding of direct sales processes and territory management.

- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and B2B sales strategies.

- Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools to manage customer relationships effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
