Metro Tech Electric a full service Electrical Contractor, servicing Oklahoma for over 30 years. We are currently seeking individuals to fill the role of Electrical Assembler(s), within or Prefabrication and Manufacturing division.

Job Overview

As an Electrical Assembler, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by assembling electrical components and systems with precision and care. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, contributing to our commitment to excellence. What you'll do

  • Assemble electronic components and systems
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to fabricate parts and assemble products efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to verify functionality and quality before final testing.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in assembly processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Basic qualifications

  • Must have a Strong mechanical apptitude.
  • Experienced with basic hand tools: screw drivers, drills, impact drills, saws, tape measure, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience within Electrical Construction.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring
  • Lift up to 50lbs from ground and pull 50lbs of force.
  • Fully squat, stoop or kneel for extended periods of time.
  • Maintain a standing position for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions

Schedule:

  • Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
