Who You Are:

  • Self-starter who can take a project from idea to implementation with minimal supervision

  • Have 5+ years of HR experience

  • Tech-savvy with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, PEO Platforms, etc.)

  • Comfortable with international and multi-state employment and understand compliance basics

  • Passionate about culture, communication, and helping people do their best work

  • You bring both structure and heart to your HR approach

What You'll Do:

  • Recruiting and Hiring: Write authentic, engaging job ads, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to find and hire the best person for each role.

  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Create a welcoming first impression for every new team member, and ensure smooth, thoughtful transitions when employees move on.

  • Payroll and Benefits: Manage and process payroll semi-monthly and bi-weekly.

  • Performance Management: Manage 1-on-1 and review cycles, helping managers and employees stay aligned and accountable.

  • Culture and Engagement: Bring our values to life through events, connection and creative communication. You'll plan our All Team meetings, speak into our annual Team Week, and kick off other initiatives to honor the relationships within our team.

  • HR Systems and Compliance: Serve as the admin for our HRIS, ATS, and PEO. Keep our data accurate, our agreements organized, and our practices compliant across states and countries.

  • Employee Relations and Development: Support managers and employees with questions, resolve issues thoughtfully, and foster a culture of transparency, trust, and respect.

  • Process and Policy Development: Build policies from the ground up and continuously improve HR processes, documentation, and internal communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or Manager level role

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus but not required:

  • Experience with products

  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification

  • Proficiency in Insperity or Rippling HRIS
