KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Manages the planning, coordination, and delivery of leadership development programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with business and talent strategies.
- Delivers high-impact learning sessions, including instructor-led and virtual programs, with a focus on leadership development, behavioral change, and strategic thinking.
- Facilitates strategic conversations and experiential learning activities that challenge leaders to think critically, collaborate effectively, and align with organizational goals.
- Provides structured coaching to managers and leaders, supporting their growth through personalized development plans, feedback, and assessment insights.
- Establishes and maintain standards for learning delivery quality, including facilitation techniques, learner engagement, and consistency across programs.
- Oversees the use of leadership assessments (e.g., MBTI, DiSC, 360s), ensuring accurate interpretation and integration into coaching and development plans.
- Partners with Content Developers, Content Advisors, and business stakeholders to ensure learning delivery aligns with instructional design and strategic objectives.
- Collects and analyzes feedback, learning data, and performance outcomes to assess the impact of delivery and continuously improve the learner experience.
- Coaches and supports Learning Delivery Trainers, building facilitation capability and ensuring alignment with enterprise learning goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Leads supervisors and/or less experienced professionals (2 or more) who exercise latitude and independence. May lead one or more teams or departments, making decisions based on business objectives and allocated resources, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements. Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments. Executes and modifies company policies, implementing new standards, products, processes, and mid-term business plans for assigned unit(s). Directs team to complete objectives-oriented assignments of by looking beyond existing methodologies and implementing strategic policies to resolve complex issues with significant cross-functional impact. A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the group/function.

Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve goals will result in critical delays in schedules and/or group operations which may jeopardize overall business activities.

Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing. Responsible for hiring, firing, and performance/pay reviews.

Bachelor's/master's degree in a relevant field of education and/or work experience leading successful projects and coaching/mentoring others in a group or team/department. Completion of H-E-B leadership programs where applicable.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Function in a fast-paced, office environment
- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
- Work extended hours; sit for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more
