In this role, Physical Therapists will have the opportunity to work with geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes, making a direct difference in their lives. Whether experienced or new to the field, the structured mentorship program ensures that every therapist has the support needed to thrive. The practice values strong communication, compassion, and the drive to offer top-tier therapy, ensuring each patient's potential is reached.

Physical Therapist Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Bachelors or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Physical Therapy License in NY State
  • Compassionate and comfortable working with geriatric and/or pediatric populations
  • Newly graduated physical therapists are welcome We offer a VERY strong and structured mentorship program.
  • Physical therapist should be able to travel between the homes of patients in geriatric and pediatric populations
  • Timely submission of documentation
  • Eagerness to progress their patients to their highest potential. Help us debunk the myth that homecare physical therapy is poor quality and lacks skill
  • Provide a level of care that you would want your loved ones to receive
