Hands on Training
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role is preferred.

- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain records of employee enrollments, changes, and plan selections in the company database.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all benefits and enrollment processes align with company policies and government regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends in benefit plans and enrollment processes, contributing ideas to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
