Requirements
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition through open enrollment periods.
  • Benefit Plan Explanation: Clearly explain the various benefit plans available to employees and assist with any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Data Management: Accurately input and maintain records of employee enrollments, changes, and plan selections in the company database.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all benefits and enrollment processes align with company policies and government regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends in benefit plans and enrollment processes, contributing ideas to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
