Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist Opportunity

We are looking for a licensed and driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join a top-producing team focused on results, growth, and rewarding commissions. You will collaborate with experienced agents, identify property opportunities, and build strong relationships with homeowners and investors. By leveraging proven systems and consistent lead generation strategies, you'll develop the skills to analyze deals, negotiate effectively, and close transactions with confidence.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers

  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends

  • Find acquisition properties

  • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
  • Investment property lead generation
  • Investment property lead follow-up
  • Listing appointments
  • Investment property buyer and seller sales
  • Execute appointments
  • Sales talk
  • Close sales

Qualifications:

  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work

  • A real estate license is required
