Job Description:Senior Full Stack Engineer

You will be part of AI Solutions Engineering & Applications team responsible for building and supporting next-generation conversational experiences for Fidelity customers and associates.  AISEA leverages cloud-native technologies and modern full-stack frameworks to deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure solutions. As part of the team, you will help create highly engaging experiences that enable associates to work smarter and interact with Fidelity customers in increasingly human ways.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with and Python for backend development

  • Proficiency in Angular or similar front-end frameworks

  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployments

  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and working with JSON/Swagger documentation

  • Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., SNS/SQS, Kafka)

  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

  • Knowledge of AI/LLM integration is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and modern web technologies

Certifications:Category:Information Technology

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
