Job Summary
Excellent understanding of cloud-computing; specifically hands-on expertise with public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure required.
Comfortable presenting/ communicating ideas and solutions with stakeholders
Strong influencing and negotiation skill; proven ability to successfully navigate in a matrix organization
Good understanding of WS product offerings, and their integration techniques across different record keepers is highly desirable

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain industry-leading software engineering products/solutions to support the Employer Servicing and Integration Product area squads and the broader domain
- Successfully drive complex technology solutions across multiple squads and initiatives to meet business goals
- Ensure clarity in requirements, architecture, and design by working across large number of stakeholders
- Sharing knowledge and expertise within and outside of the chapter and squads- ensuring how the work is performed by the team is aligned with established road maps and guardrails
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or closely related field
7+ years of hands-on software development experience
Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented Programing (Programming experience with Java is required)
Hands-on experience in implementing API based solutions using JAVA Spring Boot
Expert knowledge of relational database design and data modeling
Hands on experience in database development in multiple database platforms (Oracle Required) that includes stored procedures (PL/SQL Required) and ETL tools
Designing metadata driven end to end systems/solutions to achieve highly configurable products to quickly enter new markets
