Exodus Recovery, Inc is looking for a Program Director for our for our soon-to-open Criss Stabilization Unit (CSU) located in El Cajon.

Job Summary:

The Program Director shall oversee all clinical and administrative activities for the Exodus Recovery, Inc. contracted programs and other contracted/certified services. They work in conjunction with the Exodus Executive Staff member responsible for each program, including assessments, case management and multi-disciplinary functions.

Please note: the anticipated start date for this position is Feb-March 2026

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years experience in teaching, supervision, administrative and organizational ability, including five (5) years experience working with the mentally ill and/or substance abusing populations
  • Bachelors Degree in a mental health related field and 5+ year's equivalent work or RN with equivalent work experience. Masters level preferred
  • Licensed Professional of the Health Arts required: Registered Nurse
  • Current CA license and continuing education for maintenance of license as applicable
  • Current CPR Certification required and current CPI Certification preferred
