Job Summary
Classic Healing Center is an integrative, holistic wellness clinic focused on natural healing and whole-body balance. We are seeking a professional, licensed Massage Therapist with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients improve their physical and emotional well-being.
What you'll do
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and tension.
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on physiological knowledge and anatomical understanding.
- Educate clients on pain management strategies and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and client progress while adhering to medical terminology standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to support occupational health initiatives within our facility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance your skills continuously.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health, and licensing requirements.
Basic qualifications
- Valid Massage therapist license (LMT) in the state of Nebraska.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be professional, self-motivated.
- Carry professional liability insurance.
Preferred qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional massage experience preferred
- Proficiency in various massage techniques beyond deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and satisfaction.
