Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Bartender, where you'll be at the heart of the action, crafting delightful beverages and creating memorable experiences for our guests In this vibrant role, you will showcase your mixology skills and customer service expertise in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're shaking up cocktails or serving refreshing drinks, your passion for hospitality will shine through every interaction.

What you'll do

  • Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with flair and precision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Manage the bar area efficiently, including maintaining cleanliness and organization while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Operate Toast POS system to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets and special events.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality in a fine dining or nightclub setting, creating an inviting atmosphere for all patrons.
  • Stay knowledgeable about drink recipes, food pairings, and current trends in the beverage industry to enhance guest experiences.

Skills

  • Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub environment.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service abilities that foster positive relationships with guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Experience with catering services is a plus for special events.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
