We are looking for a new team member to join the Fixed Income Trading Team within State Street Investment Management in Stamford or Boston. You will join a dynamic, successful, collaborative team of investment professionals, trading for State Street Investment Management's Fixed Income portfolios, bringing market-leading solutions to our clients.
What we need you to do:
- Work collaboratively with the Global Trading and Portfolio Management teams under the guidance of Senior Traders focusing on the execution of Fixed Income securities.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide the highest quality of trading input and expertise to the Portfolio Management teams.
- Manage risk effectively from a multitude of angles. Understand how important the effective management of risk is, and work closely with colleagues in investment and operational risk to improve the quality of trading outcomes that we can offer to our clients.
- Maintain the highest possible fiduciary standards.

- Ability to perform at a high-level in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, Tradeweb and MarketAxess
- 3-7 years financial industry experience
- Bachelor's degree required

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $177,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
