My client, a successful personal injury law firm with offices in South Miami, is looking for an experienced Paralegal/Case Manager with personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and able to manage a busy caseload from intake through trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
  • Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and litigation support.
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain case files and track important deadlines.
  • Translate and interpret as needed for client communications and document preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal or case manager in personal injury litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court procedures.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with legal software and case management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
