Title: Associate Attorney - Foreclosure

Status: Full-time

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and sign off on legal documents related to foreclosure actions.
  • Handle all aspects of foreclosure cases, including those that are contested.
  • Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations, both in person and remotely.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.
  • Analyze and verify property title chains.
  • Support other legal matters or special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Michigan Bar Association.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and solve problems effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in foreclosure or real estate law is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $125,000.00 per year
