This is your chance to handle high-stakes disputes in the commercial and residential real‑estate space. What You’ll Be Doing Represent commercial landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in disputes over leases, defaults, guaranty litigation, foreclosures, lender liability, purchase/sale agreement breaches, and more. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs; take and defend depositions; prepare for hearings and trials. Collaborate closely with senior partners and a top‑tier team in a sophisticated boutique environment. Stay abreast of evolving real‑estate statutes, lender practices, and investment‑related tort claims. What We’re Looking For California bar admitted and in good standing. 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally focused on real estate, landlord/tenant, lender/borrower, or related commercial matters. Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills; comfortable in high‑pressure and sophisticated representation. Ability to handle complex transactional overlaps and litigation strategy with autonomy. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
