Fuse3 Solutions is a locally owned staffing and recruiting firm, and we're expanding our IT division in Tulsa. We're looking for a Full Desk Recruiter who wants more than just a desk — someone ready to help build and grow a division around them.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing IT professionals.
  • Drive business development, building lasting relationships with hiring managers and clients.
  • Act as a founding recruiter for the IT division in Tulsa, helping lay the foundation for future team growth.
  • Partner closely with leadership to identify growth strategies, new accounts, and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top IT talent to stay ahead of client needs.
  • Negotiate offers and oversee placements from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

  • Recruiting/staffing experience (IT preferred, but strong sales + recruiting mindset is key).
  • Proven business development skills with the ability to win new clients and accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial drive — excited to grow something, not just maintain it.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
