Trendy Hotel Indigo Tulsa Downtown is seeking the right person to work their front desk. The position is FULL TIME and the right person needs to have flexibility to work mid shifts, evenings, night audit and weekends. Hourly rate of pay starts at $15 or more depending on hotel/hospitality experience. Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team at a premier hotel resort. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
  • Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls in a courteous manner and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest relations.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns efficiently.
